Jasmine Willford

Administrator

Jasmine joined Recruitment Hound in January 2025 and has quickly become an integral part of the team. With proven marketing and social media experience gained working for both a creative agency and in house, for consumer led and B2B companies, Jasmine also runs her own portfolio of residential lets and therefore brings a perfect mix of skills to the Hound team!

Working closely with Jules, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, handling day-to-day admin with efficiency and a smile.

Based in beautiful Exmoor, Jasmine fits right in with Recruitment Hound’s dog-loving culture. When she’s not keeping the office in check, you’ll find her exploring the hills with her two energetic companions—Trigger the Labrador and Ronnie the Spaniel.

Jules Haynes

Co-Founder & Director

Having previously run her own successful recruitment agency Marketing Mix, Jules is a recruitment veteran and a specialist in marketing, creative communication and property. She has many years of delivering bespoke recruitment solutions to clients and candidates, absolutely focused on placing the right person in the right position. Her modus operandi has always been about listening, consulting and then delivering for clients in a very powerful yet personal way. Jules is the day-to-day face of Recruitment Hound and takes the lead on all roles.

Moral Support

A life-time with hounds, our own dogs are the inspiration for Recruitment Hound. They naturally search, seek, track and find, keeping their nose to the ground in a tenacious, hardworking and loyal way. That sounds like quite good qualities for a successful recruiter to us.
