Job Description
My client is an events and exhibition specialist that work with clients across the UK and Europe.
This is a rare role for the agency and is available due to the increase in business.
In this key position, you will report in to the client services team and will become the go to person for all administrative support connected to the full event life cycle. Responsibilities include:
Using the Cvent IT system to create the event online for bookings ensuring all details are correct and within the brand guidelines – Create approval paperwork for all venues – Amend paperwork with any changes which ensure all of the team are updated on the system – Liaise with delegates who will attend and help with any accommodation or travel queries – Build event surveys which are used for improvements
To be considered, you will be able to be office based in order for the team to tap in to you. You are pivotal! You must have IT skills which are databased / booking system connected – Cvent would be perfect. Strong customer services and administration is essential.
There will be the opportunity to attend events, so some flexibility would be perfect.
