Job Description
High end property development company with a quality portfolio of properties to let, are looking for a property assistant to work on a new build to rent property.
Supporting the Property Manager, you will bring customer service skills and be able to engage across tenants, colleagues and contractors.
The building is lavish, similar to a hotel, therefore you will ensure that the first impression for the current tenants and prospective viewers is of the highest standard. Duties will include:
- Handling rental enquiries, viewing and rental agreements
- Front of house duties, meet & greet and answering phones
- Completing tenancy agreements and vetting procedures
- Health and safety checks
- Negotiating renewals
- Keeping the portal updated with properties to let and advertising available lets
- Ensure tenant communications are delivered and handle any queries raised
- Conduct inspections, highlight maintenance issues and action work needed
- Check in and check outs with inventories
- Database updating and using Word and Excel
To be considered we are looking for experience gained within the property lettings sector. Strong customer service skills and a professionalism to deliver the highest standard of customer service.
Hours are full time 9am to 6pm 5 days over 7 (odd weekends when required and by arrangement)
